The World-Renowned Gracie Family introduced the importance of Ground fighting/ Self Defense/ Grappling into the world of fighting when Royce Gracie Defeated his much bigger & Multiple opponents & fights in UFC 1,2, 3 & 4. Since most people in a real-world fighting situation are more innate to strike, one must also learn the importance of Ground fighting. What would you do if you were tackled to the ground? What if someone chokes you? How do you defend Bear Hugs, Chokes, & holds? Learn the importance of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu (Self Defense).
